I submitted a standard donation request; what can I expect next?
If you are a local (Austin, Houston, and San Antonio Metro areas) non-profit organization, we’ll pop 4 gift certificates in the mail to the address you’ve provided within 2 weeks. If you would like a status update or need to change your mailing address, please email email@example.com.
I submitted an ice cream outing request; what can I expect next?
Please allow us 2 week to review your request. If your organization is approved for this program, we will kindly ask for an additional 2 weeks lead time to schedule your group’s visit.
I submitted an ice cream social request; what can I expect next?
Please allow us 2 week to review your request. If your organization is approved, we will kindly ask for an additional 2 weeks lead time to prepare your donation and schedule your pickup.
Do you host spirit nights or profit share days?
Yes! We have a great program that enables both Amy’s Ice Creams and Phil’s Ice House to donate a percentage of a day’s sales to approved local schools and nonprofit organizations. We’ll host an organization on an available Monday or Tuesday at Amy’s & Phil’s on Burnet Rd (5624 Burnet Rd, 78756), South Austinville 78704 (2901 South Lamar, 78704), or Austinville 78750 (13265 N. HWY 183, 78750) and share a percentage of the entire day’s sales if enough of their supporters check in while ordering. A check-in is counted for each person who orders a dessert or an entree.
• 50 supporter check-ins at Phil’s and Amy’s and we’ll donate 15% of sales
• 100 or more supporter check-ins and we’ll donate 20% of the sales
Once approved, your organization can invite friends, family, fans, and supporters to check in by mentioning your organization’s name at the register of Phil’s and Amy’s or in the chef’s notes section of an online order for curbside pickup/home delivery. You must hit the 50 check-in minimum at each restaurant to receive a cash donation from either or both. These are two separate companies which means visitor counts and donations are kept completely separate.
