Back Rolls Ice Cream starts with creamy Mexican Vanilla ice cream with oodles of ooey-gooey cinnamon rolls and golden tasty Honey Buns. We’re taking Alyssa’s words to heart, “Don’t get bitter, just get better!” and this ice cream is the delectable way to shoo the haters away.

Marsha’s Flower Crown
Honoring the fearless Marsha P. Johnson, one of the many founding Black transgender activists fighting for Gay Liberation. Using the resources she had, Marsha would collect discarded flowers to construct her now-infamous flower crowns. Celebrate the progress we’ve made together with creamy Sweet Cream ice cream incorporated with fresh roasted strawberries and a load of blue sprinkles.

During the Austin Pride Parade on August 13th, Amy’s will be donating a portion of the day’s proceeds to local organizations helping LGBTQ+ youth with housing, resources, and support. Stay tuned for details on how you join in on the fun and celebration.
