A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away… there was an ice cream-throwing competition that was forced into hiatus. But, after three long years, the ice cream strikes back victoriously, and Amy’s Ice Creams is happy to host the 16th Trick Olympics!
JOIN US for this FREE event celebrating the fun and creative atmosphere Amy’s Ice Creams has become known for while, raising funds for CASA of Travis County.
On Thursday, June 1, 2023, starting at 7:00 pm at Amy’s Ice Creams in the Arboretum on the back lawn near the Marble Cows (10000 Research Blvd., Ste. 140 Austin, TX 78759).
An ice cream trick combines juggling, acrobatics, and a little magic, as scoops toss and catch ice cream. Scoops from all 16 stores across Texas compete in three categories, including Best Solo Trick, Best Team Trick & Trick Decathlon. The Trick Decathlon is an intense race against time where scoops must perform ten consecutive tricks rapidly, each increasing in difficulty.
Kids that are in attendance will have the chance to participate in games. In addition, local favorite, DJ Big Face, will also be in attendance providing family-friendly music throughout the event.
Star Wars-inspired costumes will receive an extra treat!
Amy’s Ice Cream employees will raise funds for the local non-profit charity CASA of Travis County. In addition, they will hold a raffle and donate 20 percent of our Arbor store’s sales to the Court Appointed Special Advocacy organization.
