Thin Mint – Thin Mint is our Flavor Spotlight for March and I personally want to thank all the girls that baked these cookies so we could drop them in our ice cream! A minty, creamy base that’s cool and refreshing, but not too overpowering. And then, the magic happens—crunchy, crumbled bits of real Thin Mints scattered throughout, adding that crispy, chocolatey goodness with every bite.
